Alexis was my technician. He arrived on time, was very clear in the estimate. Once we agreed on a replacement and other items, Alexis began work . He was very professional and I could tell he took pride in his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend WHO and Alexis to anyone in need of a water heater installation.

My experience with water heaters , inc was great ! It was my first time using them. I google them on my phone and spoke to to Paul customer rep. He was a professional and friendly rep gave me a quote for new. Bradford white water heater and said he would have installer with the right water heater within one hour. He was right on time gave courtesy call arriving in 10 mins. The installer name was Danny he was a great guy , and new his stuff replaced all my copper pipes took pride in his work came out great upgraded to 50 gallon , He put drip pan with a plywood board to hold water heater. I give them 5 stars I would highly recommend them. I will refer them to my neighbors and family that’s for sure ! The gave me a good competitive rate too I call 5 other places they were the best!

Water Heaters Only, Danny Gonzales (technician from Riverside, CA) installed the Bradford White water heater 3/13/2024. He did a great job.He communicated well, explained well, and listened well. Service to my greatest satisfaction. He was very patient thoughout the installation process.After my brief yard works, I went inside. He stopped briefly and told me I had a dried tiny flowers on top of my head. His concern was not only his work, but personalized his service. He is a gentleman, not only his best technical skills. Thankful and Grateful he was the installer.Thank you very much Water Heaters Only.Your company is highly recommended to all.

Daniel came out same day to install a new water heater after my old one sprang a leak. When I called to set up the appointment I was quoted a price range between $2100.00 to $2400.00, but when Daniel arrived I was quoted $2800.00 so this was disappointing. He made a phone call and ultimately I paid $2425.00 which was as close as he could get me. So my only complaint is that the person scheduling appointments should not be providing price ranges by phone as it felt like she mislead me into choosing Water Heaters Only. So the 5 stars is for Daniel. He explained what he needed to do and then installed same day and did a great job, cleaned everything up, and walked me through using my new water heater before he left. Thank you Daniel.

Water Heaters Only was very responsive to my questions and was able to adjust the schedule to come out earlier at my request. Very clean and quality install in a tight location (thanks Danny). A little higher cost than I expected but am totally happy with my choice .

My water heater started leaking last Sunday. I sent a message to Water Heaters Only and they responded in a few minutes. I told them what the problem was with my 50 gallon gas water heater. They sent a tech the following day with a new water heater. Tech Alexis installed it and cleaned up when the job was done. Alexis did an outstanding job! The new Bradford White water heater was professionally installed. Drain pan included. They are all professionals, from their office staff to their techs like Alexis!

Called on a Thursday and Daniel G came out the next day and installed our new water heater and brought everything up to code.He was professional, very clean and explained everything clearly!And it was so freaking hot, but he did super!!

Could not have had a better experience. They very were professional and explained everything before they performed the work and afterwards. The new water heater looks great. If you need a water heater call them! I highly recommend them!!!

Nothing short of amazing.Fidelity Home Warranty sent people to my home when my pilot light wouldn't ignite. They suggested replacement but informed me that I would have to have custom-built cabinetry installed before I owned the house, removed, and re-installed. It would have been terribly expensive. I called around. I spoke with three businesses getting quotes for each. WHO was the lowest-price. They offered Water Heaters that aren't Rheem. I started to research, Bradford and White are long-standing, have good reviews, and a better warranty.The other companies said they would try to remove the water heater without removing the cabinets. The others suggested they would need two men to do the job.WHO said they could do it in 4 hours with one man. I was doubtful.Then came install day.And Marcus showed up.Professional, courteous, kind, fun, personable, AND CAPABLE. This guy did SOLO what I was told was a job that was both "impossible" without the suggested modifications to my garage OR required TWO men.And all the while I would come out and check on him from time to time to make sure he had water and was welcome to use the restroom if he needed it. I'd crack jokes. He'd laugh. We'd laugh. I've NEVER had an experience with someone coming to my home to make repairs like this, NEVER.From quote to finished product, HIGH QUALITY ALL THE WAY.I'll be back in 15 years, AND I'll refer everyone I know, beginning with my fellow Googlers!

We had our water heater go out just before the weekend, we called Water Heaters Only on Monday morning and they came out the same day! The technician, Ron Gautreae, was great! I had to call a few times, because I didn't know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit.The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday!Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less.5 stars. I would recommend them, and use their services again.

I just want to share my experience Johnny the technician came out he was very professional explained everything to me. David was out the day after I called which was on a Sunday! Shawnee was the first contact and she is awesome to deal with. She got me the water heater install the next day. The installer, David Pullen (24 years with this company, that says something!!), was on time and very professional explaining each procedure as he went. Looks great, and he cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend this company.

My technicians name was Brad, he showed up within the timeframe he gave me and completed my new water heater install in the amount of time he told me it would take! The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasn't a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.
