I had to call a few times, because I didn't know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit.The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday!Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less.5 stars. I would recommend them, and use their services again.

David was out the day after I called which was on a Sunday! Shawnee was the first contact and she is awesome to deal with. She got me the water heater install the next day. The installer, David Pullen (24 years with this company, that says something!!), was on time and very professional explaining each procedure as he went. Looks great, and he cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend this company.

My technicians name was Brad, he showed up within the timeframe he gave me and completed my new water heater install in the amount of time he told me it would take! The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasn't a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.
